What if you have slab issues? Well, what is out there today compared to when I first started in this industry is unbelievable. One of the most common issues to address is moisture. Slight Moisture – We represent Schönox Products. The most common product we use is called SL. This moisture resistant smoothing product used with the right adhesive will give you a beautifully finished floor.Extreme Moisture – Now many times we come across a slab that has extreme moisture. These issues are a little more detailed. The Schönox EPA Rapid is your answer, once applied with the accommodating products. It’s a two-part moisture mitigation application. Our system is from slab and up, but once you do this NO MORE MOISTURE CONCERNS. If you want a new floor and the disruption of demo seems daunting, no worries we have done many floors where we can just apply a self leveling product AP RAPID. It can be installed over existing dries and is ready for your new flooring in 6 hours with a compressive strength of 5800 PSI; a beautiful finished flooring without the fuss and muss.

One opportunity that I see in the field is moisture in front of coolers or refrigerated units. They leak or the condensation can be brutal on your flooring. Leaks obviously need to repaired but this isn’t something that can be done quickly. What you’ll see is black lines around your flooring and it spreads as the topical moisture continues. We put a 12” band of adhesive in front of these units and no more moisture to destroy your beautiful floors.
